Government AGM extensions, WhatsApp notes, and category merges

This update introduces support for tracking government-extended due dates on yearly filings like AGMs. You can also now dictate client notes via WhatsApp voice messages, easily merge duplicate compliance categories, and filter tasks faster.

- Compliance: Added support for tracking government extensions on annual filings like AGMs, automatically adjusting client due dates and schedules across the platform.
- WhatsApp messages: You can now send spoken voice messages to the bot on WhatsApp to quickly log client notes or dictate new tasks.
- Compliance → Categories: Added a cleanup tool that lets you merge duplicate or lookalike compliance categories into a single type without losing any existing data.
- Tasks: Added clickable filter chips to the dashboard so you can quickly narrow down your team's work by multiple criteria at once.

- Clients: Added shortcut buttons to log follow-up notes directly from the dashboard, the business list, and the client header.
- Tasks: Clarified work statuses across all views by explicitly labeling waiting items as 'Pending with Client' so it is immediately obvious who needs to act.
- Dashboard home → Reports: Overdue performance reports now track and highlight tasks that were added to the system late, giving you better context on why a deadline might have been missed.
- Compliance → Import: Bulk importing standard compliances from a spreadsheet will now automatically skip items with duplicate titles to keep your firm's library clean.
- Scheduled jobs → Trademarks: Increased queue processing limits so daily trademark status updates from the government registry appear in your dashboard much faster.
- Settings: Reorganized the firm business settings page into a simpler, easier-to-read stacked layout.
