Automated AGM dates, smart MCA syncs, and live trademark tracking

This update fully automates First AGM deadlines based on incorporation dates and upgrades MCA filing syncs to track SRNs. We've also added live trademark status badges directly from IP India and improved invoice serial searches.
New
- Compliance: Added incorporation dates and registration numbers for businesses, automatically calculating First AGM windows and splitting ADT-1 into separate Board Meeting and AGM deadlines.
- Clients -> MCA filings: Every ROC form now syncs its SRN and live state directly from the MCA portal, alongside a new warning if a CIN is already registered to another client in your firm.
- Proposals: You can now add client signature blocks and data protection notices to proposals, which also feature clearer GST summary descriptions and an 'Accepted online' stamp when approved digitally.
- Tasks: Tasks for trademark applications now automatically track the application number and display live status badges synced from the IP India e-Register.
Improved
- Invoices: Searching for an invoice by its serial number now works instantly even if you only type the numeric digits.
- Billing & plan: Updated the firm subscription gate to more clearly display your billing status and next steps when a trial period ends.
- Clients -> Directors: Redesigned the director list layout to make it much easier to read and scan for businesses with a large board of directors.
- Dashboard home: You can now easily open a support ticket directly from the feedback widget or when requesting access to a locked module.

- Settings: Fixed text visibility for selected layout options in dark mode and ensured your layout preference (Classic or New) applies consistently across all screens.
