At PracticeStacks, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds for our SaaS subscription services.

01Standard Refund Terms

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PracticeStacks, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Only the initial purchase is eligible for the guarantee.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

02Cancellation Procedure

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied to your account.
  • Historical data will be preserved for 30 days post-cancellation.

03Modifications to Service

PracticeStacks reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. In the rare event of a service discontinuation, pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

04Payment Gateway Issues

If you experience double-billing or unauthorized charges due to technical errors at the payment gateway level (e.g., Razorpay), please notify us immediately at shekhar@practicestacks.in. We will facilitate the reversal process within 24-48 hours.
