Keep clients informed in real time with automated WhatsApp and email updates whenever work on their tasks begins or finishes. Onboarding WhatsApp messages now also combine closing notes and sign-offs cleanly.

- WhatsApp messages: Send automated WhatsApp notifications to clients when their task begins and when it is marked complete.
- Emails: Send automated email updates to clients as soon as work on their task starts or finishes.
- Settings → Reminders: Control task start and completion notices from your reminder settings, kept off by default until you choose to enable them.

- Client onboarding: WhatsApp welcome messages now neatly merge service closing notes and firm sign-offs.
- API: Faster processing and clearer error handling when running bulk updates.
