Automated portal notice sync and quick lead services

PracticeStacks now automatically fetches tax notices as soon as you log in through the extension, and lead sheets let you star favourite services for faster entry.
Improved
- Chrome extension: Automatically pulls notices from Income Tax, TDS, and TRACES portals as soon as you log in, removing the need to click manual sync buttons.
- Clients: Added a button to check notices directly for launched client portal sessions.
- Notices: Cleaned up the notices list and filter bar by removing redundant sync buttons.
- Leads: Filter catalogue services by category chips and star frequently offered services to keep them pinned at the top of the dropdown.
- Website: Fixed the booking buttons and floating call-to-action so visitors can reliably open the live demo scheduler.

- Leads: Corrected an issue where star counts did not match the actual number of starred services on leads.
