Invoice discounts, revisions, and fairer team performance metrics

You can now revise sent invoices with custom discounts that automatically recalculate all your GST and tax columns. We've also introduced 'Added late' badges so backdated compliance work doesn't ruin your team's on-time metrics, plus new quick-action shortcuts to speed up client management.
New
- Invoices: You can now edit amounts and apply discounts to sent invoices to issue a revised copy. All tax columns, GST rules, GSTR-1 values, and government fees automatically recalculate based on the discounted amount.
- Tasks: Compliance tasks created after their official due date are now marked with an 'Added late' badge. These items still show up on overdue boards but no longer penalize the assigned employee on the team performance summary.
- Clients: Quick-action shortcuts have been added directly to business rows, letting you instantly create new tasks, follow-ups, or invoices without having to open the full client profile first.
- Invoices: A new alert highlights gaps in your invoice number sequence so you can easily spot and fix missing monthly or sequential bills.
Improved
- Leads: Lead cards now automatically identify and display matching client business profiles so you can easily link incoming requests to businesses already in your system.
- Compliance: Assigning a batch of compliance tasks or moving multiple filings to a relationship manager now triggers a single digest notification instead of sending a flood of separate alerts.
- Emails: Clicking an expired or already-used magic login link now automatically helps you or your clients generate a fresh one without hitting a dead end.
- Billing & plan: The subscription page has been redesigned with a side-by-side plan summary that makes much better use of wide screens and keeps all upgrade details visible at once.
Fixed
- Invoices: Invoices that are currently out with the client are strictly locked from standard edits to prevent accidental discrepancies in your billing records.
- Invoices: You can now permanently delete an invoice if it was cancelled before being sent out, helping keep your billing queue clean.
