Government fee tracking, DSC reminders & WhatsApp menus

This release introduces end-to-end handling for government fees to ensure accurate GST billing and Tally exports. We've also automated client DSC renewal reminders and added an interactive client self-service menu to WhatsApp.
New
- Invoices: Added full support for government fees across services, proposals, and invoices, ensuring they are automatically excluded from taxable GST value and mapped to the correct Tally ledger.
- WhatsApp messages → Client menu: When clients message 'hi' to your firm's WhatsApp number, they now receive an interactive menu to check their unpaid invoices, upcoming due dates, and company overview.
- Dashboard home → DSC management: You can now track billing status for Digital Signature Certificates, import them in bulk via Excel, and automatically send expiry reminders with secure renewal links directly to clients.
- Tasks → Comments: You can now @mention team members inside task comments, instantly sending them a notification and logging the discussion in their personal mentions list.
- Services & packages: Added the ability to bulk import standard service packages, making it much faster to set up or update your firm's offerings.
- Clients → Contacts: Added a one-click option to instantly convert an existing contact record into an official client for your firm.
- Team → Employee profiles: Added a direct reports tab so you can quickly see all staff members reporting to a specific manager.
Improved
- Compliance: Introduced a new client picker dialog that allows you to easily assign or unassign compliance tasks across multiple businesses at once.
- Proposals: Improved the mobile layout so that when opening a proposal or settings card on your phone, the header correctly snaps to the top of the screen.
- Tasks: Updated MCA-related tasks to be clearly labeled as 'ROC Compliances (MCA)' to better match standard industry terminology.
