Delete cancelled invoices and assign relationship managers

Admins can now safely remove cancelled invoices to keep billing clean, set client relationship managers upon creation, and enjoy 10 GB per-user storage on Scale plans.
New
- Invoices: Admins can now delete cancelled invoices directly from invoice rows and quick-view panels, automatically clearing them from your billing queue.
- Clients → Add client: Assign a dedicated relationship manager right as you create a client so staff visibility and ownership are set immediately.
Improved
- Dashboard home: Dashboard figures now update automatically whenever a colleague assigns or hands off a client to you.
- Pricing page: Scale plan file and email sync storage has been upgraded from 3 GB to 10 GB per user.
Fixed
- Invoices: Removed unnumbered draft proformas from cluttering finalized GST invoice series.
