Server-side GST filing sweeps and briefing schedule settings

You can now run automated GST return checks directly on the server without keeping your computer open, and fine-tune briefing schedules in automation settings.
New
- Compliance bot: GST filing status checks can now run directly on the server across queued clients, reading returns calendars automatically without requiring your browser to stay open.
- Settings → Automation: Added a briefing days card to configure how many days of upcoming work are covered in automated daily briefings.
Improved
- Compliance bot → Activity: Check logs now indicate whether a sweep ran on the server or locally, with updated tab navigation and clearer run results.
